Mechanical and Electrical Engineer - Northern Ireland

Mechanical and Electrical Engineer         Dungannon        £35-45k

A successful Manufacturing company are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individual with a “can-do” attitude who will work well under pressure and become a part of the Maintenance and team.

The individual will have the ability to perform both Mechanical and Electrical duties in regards to reactive and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out Preventative Maintenance and repairs on equipment including troubleshooting and fault diagnostics.
• Supporting the maintenance team and providing them with any issues and carrying out tool changes and set-ups.
• Ensure you maintain a clean and safe environment which is within legislation and company policy.
• Report all defects and issues in a timely format and report to the maintenance department.
• Delivery high quality maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• Carry out Risk Assessments and Safety Inspections.

Experience Required:

• Qualification or equivalent degree within mechanical and electrical engineering environment.
• An understanding of texting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Experience of preventative/reactive maintenance techniques and regimes.
• Expertise of schematics and PPM.
