Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Technician       Co. Monaghan      €35-45K

Our client company who are based in County Monaghan are now looking to recruit for a Maintenance Technician to join their vastly experienced team.

Inform3 are currently looking for a talented individual who has the ability to work in a team environment in order to carry out Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance repairs and do routine maintenance on equipment on site.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a positive hands-on approach and is easily commutable from Clonkeen Lucas, Stone Bridge and Magheraveely.

Duties Involve:

• Deliver PPM & reactive troubleshooting
• Responsible for all site mechanical systems and ensuring they are fully operational, maintained and repaired accordingly.
• Analyse the testing and inspection data and report any issues to the Engineer Manager.
• Ability to use engineering tools that are required.
• Attend sites to carry out and resolve any maintenance issues to the industrial equipment that is being used.
• Adhere to daily & weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site
• Ensure all work carried out is done so within the H&S requirements.
• Keep the downtime on all machines to a minimum as best as possible.
• Monitor stock levels and provide accurate information on regular progress updates.

Skills Required:

• Completion of Mechanical/Electrical/Multiskilled Apprenticeship.
• 3+ years’ experience carrying out Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Repairs.
• Ability to fault find.
• Experience and understanding within Pneumatics and Hydraulics.
• Ability to manage time and exceed deadlines.
• Knowledge and understanding within food manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication.
