Mechanical Contracts Manager                Co. Dublin                 Salary: Competitive

Are you an experience Mechanical Contracts Manage? Then this is your chance to join our client’s team to be responsible for the delivery of Projects according to the contract requirements, time limits, company quality standards and construction regulations.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate evidence of procuring, managing and the handover of Mechanical projects and developing effective management plans, client management, financial management ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to budget and with quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects from handover from the Estimating Team to Project Completion.
  • Plan, implement and deliver projects according to programme, budget and quality expectations.
  • Management of project teams covering engineers, QS, site managers, subcontractors and support staff.
  • Ensuring that all subcontractors are managed correctly to ensure quality installation and that they are achieving critical dates and on programme, regular site visits must also take place
  • Client liaison and stakeholder management.
  • Chair regular internal team, supplier and sub-contractor meetings to co-ordinate and deliver project performance success.
  • An excellent understanding of Health & Safety.
  • Ensure accurate project documentation is completed throughout the full project life cycle.

Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Contracts Manager with a Mechanical Contractor.
  • Ideally hold a relevant Mechanical Certification.
  • Experience within M + E services and HVAC.
  • Good understanding of the technical, commercial and contractual processes involved.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to read, understand and create contractual requirements, scope objectives and financial reports.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
