Mechanical Project Engineer County Clare
Our client is looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer for a Utilities Project based in North County Clare.
Working as part of a multi-disciplined team the successful candidate will deliver projects from initial to concept planning and detailed design through to commissioning. You must be able to plan, organise and prioritise your own work within a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Design across the full design lifecycle
- Ensure that all work is completed to the relevant professional and statutory standards.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure your designs coordinate with standards and meet the technical requirements.
- To maintain relationships with production and external stakeholders to ensure delivery to agreed schedules
- To work in a multi-disciplinary team on a variety of projects for a range of industries
- To be self-motivated and organised in terms of completing work on time and to a quality standard
Requirements
- Degree certified in Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years of project engineering experience
- Experience designing solutions within the Water Sector highly desirable
- AutoCAD experience
- Proven ability to manage projects
- Have good attention to detail
- Ambitious and able to work to your own initiative
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage at all levels and be a solid team player
- Keen learner and goal orientated, with the desire to work proactively
