Mechanical Maintenance Engineer                       Omagh Co. Tyrone

INFORM3 are currently on the lookout for a Mechanical Engineer for our client who are based in Omagh who are widely recognised for their work through renewable energy within the manufacturing Industry.

Duties Include:

• Be proactive in PPM schedules and attending call out to multiple plants when required.
• Respond to all breakdowns of machinery/equipment and provide mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Responsible for all site mechanical systems and ensuring they are fully operational, maintained and repaired accordingly.
• Analyse the testing and inspection data and report any issues to the Engineer Manager.
• Adhere to daily & weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site
• Ensure all work carried out is done so within the H&S requirements.
• Provide KPI’s for all fault prevention and for continuous improvement on a daily basis.

Requirements for the Role:

• Mechanical or Electrical qualifications or time served (NVQ, HNC or equivalent).
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of mechanical engineering and electronics.
• Knowledge of engines, pumps and equipment.
• PPM and HMI knowledge is essential.
• Familiar with a plant room environment
• Experience as a Service Engineer/ Maintenance Engineer.
