Mechanical Project Manager London £60-70K
INFORM3 Recruitment is recruiting a Mechanical Project Engineer for a company based in London. The role will have you travel to different sites in the Greater London, overseeing all mechanical aspects of their assigned project. The Mechanical Project Engineer will manage their team to ensure the mechanical portions of a project are completed on time.
The ideal candidate will have 5+years of project management experience in a similar role within building services, hold relevant qualifications, and be able to take ownership of the mechanical side of a project.

Main Responsibilities:
- Project program management – labour, materials, sub-contractors and plant.
- Work with the Project, Engineering & Operation teams to eliminate or reduce risk during the design and construction stages.
- Create quotations and reports for the clients.
- Lead a team of mechanical contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects end goals are met.
- Develop key customer relationships.
- Assign and schedule tasks to managed resources.
- Make critical decisions in the best interest of the client.
- Create factual and accurate reports based on evidence, then communicate them to appropriate team members.
Skills and Qualities
- +5 years experience managing installations in a similar field
- Mechanically qualified
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
- Knows UK regulations for building services
- Good prioritisation skills
