INFORM3 are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a number of large and complex projects within the Staffordshire area.

The successful candidate will need at least 5 years Project Management experience with extensive experience delivering MEICA projects within the WWTP sector.

You will be accountable for delivering water & waste water client projects in a highly collaborative and proactive manner, ensuring that work is completed within clearly defined budgets and timescales.


  • Oversee project delivery from inception to completion
  • Plan, implement and deliver projects according to programme, budget and quality expectations
  • Management of project teams covering engineers, QS, site managers, subcontractors and support staff
  • Taking corrective actions to improve the financial and commercial returns
  • Coordinate with the commercial staff to ensure the resources, supply chain and contractual opportunities can be utilised to maximise returns
  • Client liaison and stakeholder management
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation throughout the full project life cycle
  • Site Audit Reports


  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Track record of success in the delivery of significant projects at a senior level within the water industry
  • Degree level education in a MEICA related subject
  • Good understanding of the technical, commercial and contractual processes involved.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
