Mobile Mechanical Technician - Dublin

Mechanical Field Technician       Ireland                 €45-50k+van

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Technician to join their Facilities Management division after winning a number of new contracts.

The successful candidate will be working within a team ensuring the effective delivery of planned maintenance and site support. This will be a field-based position covering sites nationwide and therefore flexibility to travel is essential.

You will be certified in a relevant mechanical subject with a minimum of 3 years performing in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• PPM execution
• Reactive maintenance and managing callouts
• Installation, maintenance and service support
• Generate site reports in line with company and client standards
• Comply with H&S requirements
• Maintaining and continuously improving the Maintenance Work Planning & Scheduling
• Be flexible to travel, work overtime with occasional overnight stays

Essential Criteria:

• Solid mechanical trouble shooting skills and enjoys hands on practical work
• Must have a valid, clean driving licence for 2 years
• Experience in documenting actions and operations accurately and to procedures
• Excellent fault finding and diagnosis skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full valid driving licence
