Inform3 Construction Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Very reputable Main building Contractor who work with top tier clients. They are looking for an Office Administrator and will be fully trained. Excellent progression included in the role.

 

 

Job Title           Office Administrator

Job Location    Dublin , North West

Salary              €40k - €45k

 

 

Office Administrator duties and responsibilities

  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Handling purchase orders and helping with the accounts
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
  • Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees and company events
  • Taking minutes
  • Bcar duties

 

Requirements

  • Experience in a construction environment would be beneficial
