Office Manager                Omagh                

Our client based in Omagh has an immediate requirement to recruit an Office Manager who can contribute to the smooth ruining of the business.

This is a varied and multifaceted role where you will be working alongside a number of different departments to ensure that projects are delivered to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all office issues including, suppliers, clients and staff, ensuring that day to day operations run smoothly and effectively at all times.
  • To oversee /schedule works that come in or that are pre-arranged throughout each day.
  • Working alongside the commercial team assisting with bid pricing and submit pricing suggestions for review and approval.
  • Supervising administrative staff, designing office workflow, assessing staff and providing feedback to improve internal performance.
  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages.
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events.
  • Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees and company events.
  • Review all customer requirements to ensure that they are met
  • Negotiate with potential and current clients on behalf of the company in order to secure deals and implement pricing agreements

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role within the construction sector
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of the bid process.
  • Previous exposure to contracts and an understanding of basic contract language.
  • Be familiar with Health & Safety legislation
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong numeracy skills and moderate-advanced level of competence using Excel spreadsheets
