Operations Engineer Dublin €45-50k
INFORM3 is recruiting for an Operations Engineer to manage daily maintenance operations across multiple sites ensuring that all activities meet company and legislative guidelines. Working in a hybrid environment with occasional site visits you will take ownership of the schedule of works to ensure all sites run at optimum levels.
Our client works within the renewables and the sites will all be within the windfarm and power sector, so experience in these would be highly desirable.
To be successful in this role you will need to be degree certified in the Electrical, Energy or Renewables field with 2 years commercial experience managing operations across complex engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the maintenance team
- Ensure all work is carried out to H&S guidelines
- Incident coordination
- Take ownership of work orders to be carried out for both maintenance and new projects
- Stakeholder management and reports
- Responsible continual development of the operations policies and procedures
- Act as Emergency contact on all Operational sites in the event of an Emergency, and initiate the relevant emergency procedures
- Liaise with contractors and service providers, ensuring all planned work is carried out as scheduled.
Requirements
- Degree certified in a relevant subject
- Experience within the renewables field, ideally with a background in Windfarms
- Background in Electrical & Mechanical engineering
- Project Management experience able to manage a multi-disciplined team
