Job Location – Co. Antrim

Salary – £35K - £40K BOE 

 

About the Company:

Our client here at inform3 are currently recruiting for an Operations Support Manager to join their expanding and successful team.

You will be responsible for driving its operational excellence and system improvements across manufacturing operations, ensuring processes, systems and infrastructure scale effectively to support continued business growth. This role combines hands-on operational management with strategic systems development.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end customer order process ensuring accuracy, timeliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts and production schedule inputs in collaboration with commercial and production teams.
  • Lead contract review processes ensuring operational deliverability and risk management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational systems, particularly Sage 200 and SICON ERP.
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting frameworks providing actionable insights for operational decision-making.
  • Identify and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability
  • Oversee supply chain coordination ensuring material availability supports production schedules.
  • Build supplier relationships and manage supply chain risk.
  • Optimize inventory levels balancing service levels with working capital Team Leadership & Development.
  • Direct management of Admin team member with responsibility for their development and performance.
  • Build and develop own team as business grows, with opportunity to expand function.
  • Foster culture of accountability, continuous improvement and customer focus.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain management.
  • Strong systems aptitude with ERP experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and implement change.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Experience managing or coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Clear communicator comfortable working at all levels.
