PA / Office Administrator

INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a growing construction company based in Newry. We are looking for someone who comes from a strong admin background to basically work along side the managing director and act as his PA while also covering admin for the office. This role will be split 60% office admin and 40% PA duties. This may change into more office admin as the company grows. 

This would suit someone looking to work part time or full time. The hours are negotiable and the company will work around you!

Ideally you could do Monday to Friday

Job Description

  • Monitoring a reporting manager's email and responding if required
  • Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
  • Answering phone calls
  • Organising travel and itineraries
  • Organising and planning meetings
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
  • Various ad hoc requests

  • Professional discretion
  • Efficiency

Coming from a construction admin background is an advantage
