Part Time Health & Safety Officer – Armagh

INFORM3 are currently recruiting a Health & Safety Officer for work in Armagh. The candidate will work for a client with great experience in the industry deriving from their family-oriented company. The client takes great interest in their staff and values hard work which they reward in kind with the opportunity to grow and progress within the company.

This would be a part time position 16-20 Hours per week generally, Working from office/ home and flexible hours.

The successful candidate will need to have a great interest in Health & Safety and know the policies for Health & Safety on construction sites.

 

Health & Safety Officer Responsibilities:

  • Regularly maintain and keep health and safety policies up to date
  • Raise Health & Safety awareness amongst our management and labour force and implement requirements necessary for our obligations, which may include; Method statements, COSHH assessments, toolbox talks, O&M manuals etc.
  • Organise training needed and maintain records
  • Provide information to support pre-qualification requirements for various clients

 

Candidate Specification:

  • Health & Safety background, 2 - 5 years relevant experience
  • NEBOSH certification - preferred
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Motivated to learn and grow within the role
