Part Time Quantity Surveyor – South Dublin
The Company
Perfect opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking flexibility with part time hours! Our client is based in South Dublin, so an ideal candidate would be a commutable distance to the office, they are specialist subcontractor working across Dublin region for well-known brand clients. You will work closely alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor and you will be office based with site visits as when needed.
Responsibilities
- Issuing subcontractor enquiries and then generating comparisons for review by Directors
- Preparing progress applications and cost reports
- Reporting to management on the financial progression of projects
- Responsible for project cost controls
- Actively work with Project Managers relating to contract variations
- Final Account negotiations etc
Requirements
- 3rd level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Construction economics
- 4+ years’ experience
- Strong operational skills
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills essential
