Payroll Administrator

 

Currently recruiting for a busy construction company based in Banbridge. I would class the as one of the most recognised names in their field who have expanded their team year on year.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team.

 

This role can be suited to someone who only wants to work a few days a week or maybe needs to finish at 3pm every day. This company will work with you as bast they can

 

The role will involve:

  • Preparing and maintaining weekly/monthly payroll runs
  • HMRC Payroll reporting and compliance records (wages)
  • Administer the Company Pension Contributions
  • Payments to Sub-Contractors and submission of monthly returns
  • Preparation and submission of relevant payroll statutory returns
  • Dealing with Payroll queries from employees

 

The Person:

  • Applicants should possess solid IT Skills and preferably have previous experience in a payroll or similar payments environment.
  • Demonstrate good organisational skills and the ability to work to tight timelines in a busy environment.
  • Preferably have a working knowledge of the NI and ROI Payroll Processes.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a new environment and a willingness to gain further knowledge and bring innovation to the role.
