Have you experience working within a Manufacturing Environment carrying out Inspections on Heavy Machinery? Inform3 are currently recruiting for a client company who are looking for a Pre-Delivery Inspector to join their team.

As a PDI Technician you will be carrying out inspections on machines to ensure they are safe and working correctly in order for them to be despatched to their customers.

This role is based in County Tyrone with an expanding company that designs and manufactures a wide variety of equipment within the recycling, and materials industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Inspection of newly made machines in addition to liaising with the services team on machinery improvements for clients before being sent out.
• Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections and fitting accessories.
• Using advanced diagnostic equipment to fault find all electrical and hydraulic faults.
• To meet and discuss with other teams to discuss and repairs needed with the customer when necessary.
• To complete all documentation to the highest of standards and sign off all machines to be ready for despatch.
• To ensure that all faults and discrepancies are recorder in systematic manner for analysis.
• To promote a constructive dialogue with the Manufacturing team in order to implement high standards of quality.

Experience Required:

• 3+ years’ experience working within Manufacturing Environment.
• Experience working with heavy machinery.
• Hydraulic knowledge and understanding.
• Excellent Verbal and Non-Verbal Communications.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle and control workload when necessary.
