Pipefitter - Belfast

Mechanical/Pipefitter     Belfast      £25-30k

Inform3 are recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter for a client based in Belfast who are widely recognised at providing maintenance and engineering services within all sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who has the ability to understand pipework drawings and to use the equipment required for the job on a day-today basis with full training provided.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Assembly, installation and repair of pipes, fitting and fixtures.
• Ability to work flexible to meet the requirements of the projects set.
• To work in a safe manner and to understand the rules & regulations of the Health & Safety Environmental standards.
• Read and understand the written and verbal instructions to improve work standards.
• Operate hand-controlled tools and computer-controlled machinery.
• Understanding of pipefitting, mechanical fitting and coded welders.

Essential Criteria:

• 3+ years’ experience ideally in the industrial sector
• Have an understanding of using access equipment when required.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Proven building maintenance experience.
• Understanding of PPE.
