Our client based in Dublin has an immediate requirement to recruit a Planner to be accountable for developing and maintaining detailed and integrated Electrical project programmes for a data centre project.

You will be using your knowledge of P6 & MS Project to deliver all aspects of planning, phasing, programming and sequencing for the tendering activity, including the coordination of design, commercial and production activities.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively deliver project planning from launch to successful completion
• Develop design and build programmes using P6 & MS Project
• Ensure programmes comply with planning standards and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain excellent communication relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide regular feedback and reports on the status of the projects including early warnings and change management programme updates

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years performing in a similar role within the construction industry, ideally within the Electrical sector
• Commercial experience in an M&E Contractor highly desirable
• P6 & MS Project experience
• Excellent understanding and appreciation for construction activities, timescales, and project requirements
• Ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently
• A proactive and solution focussed approach
• Excellent IT skills
