Planner - Dublin

Planner                Dublin/WFH                      €55-65k+car

Our client has an immediate requirement to recruit a Planner to be accountable for developing and maintaining detailed and integrated project programmes.

You will be using your experience to assist with all aspects of planning, phasing, programming and sequencing for the tendering activity, including the coordination of design, commercial and production activities.

The role will cover projects across Leinster and Munster with travel to site once a week, with a lot of flexibility in terms of your office location.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively deliver project planning from launch to successful completion
• Develop design and build programmes
• Ensure programmes comply with planning standards and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain excellent communication relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide regular feedback and reports on the status of the projects including early warnings and change management programme updates

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years performing in a similar within the construction sector
• Excellent understanding and appreciation for construction activities, timescales, and project requirements
• Ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently
• A pro-active and solution focussed approach
• Excellent IT skills
