Plumber Dublin €55-60k
Inform3 is recruiting for an RGI Certified Plumber to join our team on a full-time basis to cover apartment and commercial builds in the South Dublin area.
The candidate must have great communication skills, be logical in their thought processes and be able to record their activities in a clear and concise manner in order to support administrative staff to be able to log activities and procure materials.
Responsibilities
- Undertake planned & reactive trade-related tasks allocated
- Ordering supplier parts via purchase order line.
- Managing stock as required.
- Provide recommendations / solution options to rectify faults/maintenance issues.
- Take measurements, estimate labour and identify material requirements for follow-on works
- Provide support to other trades when required.
Requirements:
- RGI Certified
- Any other recognised trade qualifications in joinery, plumbing or general construction maintenance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plumber
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in plumbing work
- Ability to assemble, plumb, and weld pipes as needed
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems
