Pipefitter/Plumber Cork
Inform3 is recruiting for Pipefitters for an expanding M&E Contractor to work on high-value mechanical installations in the Cork area.
Our client requires an experienced pipefitter/plumber with experience working with a mechanical contractor. The ideal candidate will be time served apprentice with at least 3 years of experience working within industrial and commercial sectors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assembly, installation and repair of pipes, fixtures and fittings
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the requirements of the projects set.
- To work in a safe manner and to understand the rules & regulations of the Health & Safety standards.
- Read and understand written and verbal instructions to improve work standards.
Essential Criteria:
- 3+ years’ experience ideally in the industrial sector
- Relevant Plumbing certifications, safe pass and manual handling required
- Experience working in Commercial and industrial environments
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of heating and system layouts
- Ability to read engineering drawings
