Plumbing Supervisor Dublin €50-55k
INFORM3 are recruiting for a focused and productive Plumber Supervisor able to engage with an expanding client base to identify the best plumbing solutions that will enable our client to exceed their customer’s expectations.
The successful candidate must have the relevant expertise in the domestic sector with proven experience offering solutions, design work and delivery, assisting in the supervision of site work to ensure it meets the highest standards in terms of workmanship, health and safety, quality, cost efficiency and customer outcomes
This role will be office based but with regular site visits in the Dublin area so a company vehicle will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Take a senior role in the delivery of domestic plumbing projects from initial site surveys to installation
- Assist in the supervision of site work including responsibility for the quality of workmanship, health, safety, programme compliance, cost efficiency and customer / client liaison.
- To produce detailed accurate records
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with best practice and complies with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience performing in a similar role
- Plumbing certification and RGI registered
- Excellent knowledge of Domestic plumbing, heating and building service systems
- Confident supervising a team
- Good knowledge of health and safety requirements
- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
- A rounded knowledge of risk and compliance and demonstrable planning and project management skills
