Plumbing Site Supervisor Dublin €50-55k
INFORM3 are recruiting for focused and productive Plumbing Site Supervisors to oversee sites within the Greater Dublin area.
The successful candidate must have the relevant expertise in the domestic/commercial sectors with proven experience offering solutions, design work and delivery, assisting in the supervision of site work to ensure it meets the highest standards in terms of workmanship, health and safety, quality, cost efficiency and customer outcomes
This role will be site based so a company vehicle will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Supervise sites from initial site surveys to installation
- Assist in the supervision of site work including responsibility for the quality of workmanship, health, safety, programme compliance, cost efficiency and customer / client liaison.
- To produce detailed accurate records
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with best practice and complies with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience performing in a similar role
- Mechanical/Plumbing certification and ideally RGI registered
- Excellent knowledge of plumbing, heating and building service systems
- Confident supervising a team
- Good knowledge of health and safety requirements
- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
- A rounded knowledge of risk and compliance and demonstrable planning and project management skills
