Project Coordinator          County Down       £25-35k

A leading construction company based in South County Down has an immediate requirement to recruit a Coordinator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be acting as a key contact in the pre-construction stage, liaising with clients, stakeholders and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of projects.

My client is looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally and effectively with other departments. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their career.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects from client contact through to sign off
  • Identify priorities and resolve bottlenecks in designated projects
  • Create and develop project plan documentation
  • Keep clients and internal teams updated with progress reports
  • Work closely with the commercial team to manage project costs

Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar project orientated role within the construction industry
  • Ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work well within a team setting
  • Ability to use own initiative
