Responsibilities of the Role:

• Provide engineering expertise directly and indirectly to current and emerging projects and provide technical guidance, challenge and problem solving to teams of individuals.
• Develop and maintain relationships between the engineering function.
• Execute, evaluate, deliver and manage complex engineering or cross functional tasks/programmes of work taking into account all company requirements.
• Identify as well as implement opportunities for personal/team development to ensure that professional capability of the business and individuals are maintained as well as improved.
• Provide support to the design teams that are working on different Medical Device/Pharmaceutical products.
• Contribute to relevant development, regulatory and quality documentation.
• Deliver projects in a multi-skilled environment to design and develop high quality products and processes for pharmaceutical purposes.
• Use your extensive knowledge of the industry and engineering to drive all projects.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills for the Role:

• Have 5-7 years within the industry in a similar role.
• Have the ability to lead and manage teams of engineers.
• Good experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Hold a degree level qualification that is engineering or pharmaceutical related.
• Be driven and focused in work.
• Motivated and talented individual.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work to a busy schedule and manage a heavy work load.
