A leading Manufacturing Company that provides cost effect, and high-quality services to companies in a range of different sectors across the globe are on the lookout for a Print Finisher to become a member of their Belfast team.

As a member of the team, your skills and positivity for bringing quality products to clients will be key. They are looking for Print Finishers to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the Finishing machines.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Finishing every job within the allocated time scales and to a high-quality standard.
• Work with the Operations Manager to ensure work is completed as required.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the finishing department.
• Proactively approach all work processes.
• Identify areas of improvement to enhance efficiency within the department.
• Work to strict quality procedures and target driven KPI’s.
• Maintenance of print finishing machines.
• Liaise with the Production team to ensure finished work is ready for the next process.

Experience and Skills for the Role:

• Experience in a similar print finishing role would be beneficial but not required as training will be provided.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Ability to listen to direction.
• Ability to operate finishing machines.
• Have good attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team environment.
• A ‘can do’ attitude towards work.
• Have the desire to learn and develop.
