A leading employer based in Dublin is currently recruiting for a Process Engineer to come on board and join their company. This role is great for a positive, forward thinking individual looking to take a step forward in a diverse and leading organisation.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Design and maintain the production assembly processes to ensure optimal flow, process quality control and production efficiency.
  • Work with cross function and operational teams to ensure objectives and activity plans are met.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through analysis of production line.
  • Assist with new product development, including specification and procurement of the new equipment.
  • Ensure a high standard of safety is achieved and environmental and quality assurance procedures are followed.
  • Execute product and process validation and verification.
  • Identify any process problems and non-conformances in manufacturing processes and develop corrective actions.
  • Carry out risk assessments where required.
  • Involved in all aspects of daily manufacturing.

Experience and Knowledge for the Role:

The successful applicant should have 3-4 years in a similar role, with experience of optimising product and processes within ideally the pharmaceuticals industry. The individual should also hold a Degree/HND/HNC level qualification in a relevant field to the job role.

  • Have the ability to work well as part of a team and also individually.
