We are currently recruiting for Product Engineer to join our clients team based in County Louth who are a busy manufacturing company with a Global reach.

This role will suit someone who has an understanding of technical aspects of mechanical engineering and is able to demonstrate excellent knowledge within PDM systems and working in a controlled environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide support for all models on any problems that arise.
• Keep the Support system up-to-date and meet targets required.
• Provide technical support as needed.
• Assist in the development of material for NPD projects
• Liaise with suppliers.
• Compile and provide monthly update reports.
• Provide technical feedback on changes to the product range.
• Create training material and provide training on different sites as requested.

Key Skills

• Diploma in engineering or Higher or five years’ experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of Hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Understanding of fault-finding processes
• Strong Mechanical background.
• Strong customer focus
• Understanding of PDM systems and working within controlled environments.
• Must be willing to travel for work when required
