We are currently recruiting for a Production Coordinator to join our clients team based in County Kildare.

You would be responsible for directing activities with production including continuous improvement, facilitate technical support across a range of areas within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow company Safety rules and safe work practices.
• Master all areas of the Quality system
• Follow good manufacturing practices
• Manage operations to improve safety, productivity and costs to achieve goals and objectives
• Coordinate activities between shifts
• Train and mentor staff
• Develop long-term plans for new processes and equipment
• Assist in preparing budgets
• Minimise downtime and increase efficiency.

Key Skills

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field
• Qualification in management role in manufacturing
• Knowledge in FDA and ISO Quality systems
• Experience using ERP Systems
• Inventory Management and control experience essential
• Expertise within the plastics industry in terms of standards, processes, procedures, and

equipment is an advantage.

• Previous experience/understanding of management principles
