We are currently recruiting for Production Engineers at all levels for a well-established company based in Belfast.

The role would involve analysing and driving the optimisation of the site and to be responsible for the planning and co-ordination of manufacturing projects.  

You would also be involved in the modernisation of fabrication and steel manufacturing capability.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Liaise across departments to provide input to design optimisation process from a fabrication perspective.
• Lead the development of production on site to enable competitiveness.
• Refine processes methods post contract award.
• Maintain technical documentation relating to KPIs and investigate deviations from forecast productivity.
• Ensure continuous improvement takes place.
• Build effective customer relationships.
• Deal with multiple high priority issues at once and resolve them successfully.

Key Skills

• Background in Structure Fabrication
• 2-5 years’ Experience in professional Steel Production Engineering.
• Ability to seek innovative solutions to resolve issues.
• Ability to deal with challenging situations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
