Production Manager - Tyrone

Production Manager             Dungannon                 £50-55k                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

Inform3 have an immediate requirement to recruit a Production Manager to join an established and successful Manufacturing company based in Dungannon.

You will be responsible for all the manufacturing-related activities taking ownership over the planning, co-ordination and control of all the steps in the production processes.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the manufacturing sector and a joinery background is highly desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities Include:

• Proactively manage the team to meet daily/weekly production plan demand.
• Assessing project and resource requirements.
• Ensuring that all production equipment is in good working order and monitored on a daily basis.
• Training and coaching all operators to enhance and increase the performance and productivity within the company.
• Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Managerial/supervisory /team leader experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Joinery background highly desirable
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in line with company requirements.
• Working knowledge of production planning in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in approach and sourcing.
