Due to continued expansion a successful Manufacturing Company in Belfast is looking to recruit several Production Operatives to assist the ever-increasing demand of their own manufactured products.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the industry and be a hard-working individual with the willingness to learn.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Operating production processes to support business targets.
• Running and controlling the manufacturing process using specialised machines.
• Carry out any duties requested by the Operations Manager.
• Following established safety procedures.
• Monitoring the production process at all times for deviations.
• Carry out visual checks to ensure high quality standards.
• Keep plant and production area working at to a high level of housekeeping.
• Exceed high levels of production standards and efficiency when completing tasks.
• Understand and follow detailed work instructions in relation to production tasks.
• Support existing team members with various production activities.

Experience and Skills for the Role:

• No qualifications or experience required as the company provide training.
• Should be committed and motivated.
• Hard working individual.
• Have the ability to listen and follow instructions.
• Have high attention to detail.
• Be a team player, supporting other team members in their role.
• Use initiative where possible.
• Good communication skills.
