INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for a leading Manufacturing company based in County Armagh who are looking for an enthusiastic, strong-minded individual to join their ever-expanding business.

If you have experience in the Manufacturing industry as a Production Operative and are involved in leading processes to production, then this is the role for you.

Roles & Responsibilities Include:

• You will report to the Plant Manager on a daily basis and will be working as part of the production team in all aspects of the production processes.
• Involved in the planning and coordinating production processes daily to produce high quality products.
• Monitoring the quality and quantity of components for packing.
• Labelling product with correct information.
• Providing engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production output.
• Assist an Extrusion setter in various tasks.
• Moving product from production totes to packing totes and labelling accordingly.
• Identify any issues that may arise and immediately report to the Quality Inspector.
• Good Housekeeping Practices and adhere to Plant Manager or Quality Inspector instructions

Skills Required:

• 1+ years’ experience or degree equivalent within Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all department managers.
• MS Office efficient.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as a team.
• Strong Organisation and project management skills.
