Production Operative Co. Down £: Competitive
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for our client who are a leading manufacturing firm based in Co. Down who have customers throughout Ireland and the UK.
This role is best suited to someone who has a knowledge and understanding of operation of CNC machines and wants to develop their career further within the Manufacturing Industry.
You must have an excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills. This role would involve a Monday – Friday work week 8am-5pm with over time when required.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace
- Identify any issues that may arise and immediately report to the Quality Inspector.
- Involved in the planning and coordinating production processes daily to produce high quality products.
- Perform checks on work, confirming part quality meets standard
- Any other duties determined by the Supervisors/Operations Manager
- Good Housekeeping Practices and adhere to instructions

- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated individual
- Ability to operate as part of a team
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance records
- Ability to read plans is desirable but not essential
