INFORM3 are recruiting for a Production Team Lead for our client based in County Derry/Londonderry. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual wishing to progress in their career.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• You will report to the Production Supervisor on a daily basis of all information that is required.
• Lead the production team and provide training when required.
• Identify all production plans and the needs of the team and new team members.
• Provide leadership and maintain a high standard of all aspects within all the departments throughout the company.
• Communicate effectively to a team of people within all aspects of the Production, Training, Health & Safety, Quality, Projects and discipline in a specific area of control.
• Plan the daily production, allocate duties, organise material supplies, co-ordinate breaks and advise the team when and where necessary.
• Ensure that regular inspections are carried out of departmental production and make sure to record all information.
• To participate and ensure that all employees that are under your control are fully trained.
• Ensure that your team has an awareness of all Quality Plans and Quality Documents relating to production.

Essential Criteria:

• 3+ years plus experience working within a Manufacturing Environment.
• Ability to schedule, plan and implement performance monitoring.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Strong communication skills.
• Hands on approach to work.
• Proficient IT Skills such as Microsoft Excel.
• Keen understanding of the importance of Safety, Quality and on-time delivery.
