Programme Leader                  Co. Cork  

A leading Manufacturing company based in County Cork are currently on the lookout for Programme Leader required for a growing manufacturing business.

You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with the company’s customers in the industry they specialise in and ensuring that it is focused on meeting the customers needs & develop close co-operation with the design groups.

This role is suited to someone that has the ability to programme lead of new product development, product introduction and support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall project delivery from inception to completion.
  • Plan, implement and deliver projects according to programme, budget and quality expectations.
  • Deliver accurate, concise and high-quality project documentation.
  • Manage the timely resolution of issues and concerns, engaging with stakeholders with a solution focused approach.
  • Monitoring program, product cost and schedule for New Product Introduction programmes.
  • Communicate significant changes in program status.
  • Client liaison and stakeholder management.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation throughout the full project life cycle.
  • Ensure responsibility of managing Health & Safety on project and implementing company safety procedures.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including quality requirements, financial controls, health and safety regulations, etc.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Degree or Equivalent in Engineering.
  • 5+ years’ experience of Electronics and Project Management Experience.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of Health & Safety and Quality on site.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Aerospace or Electronic Applications.
  • Good engineering knowledge and problem-solving skills essential.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a large team.
