About the Company:

Our client here at Inform3 are currently recruiting for a Project / Contracts Manager to work with one of Northern Ireland’s​ leading Commercial Fit Out and Specialist Joinery Company delivering a diverse range of services to the Commercial, Hotel, Office & Retail Sectors.

You will be involved with exciting, high value hotel and commercial projects based in the London region valued over £30m and will oversee all aspects of the project, design, programme, commercials etc.

Travel will be Tuesday to Thursday but possible Monday to Friday depending on Project Requirements / demands.

Duties Include:

  • Ability to deliver projects on time and to perfection.
  • Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information
  • To carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the company and client.
  • Manage and motivate sub-contractors.
  • Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project-by-project basis.
  • Ensuring that end product meets customers expectation in relation to build and finish.
  • Produce reports on job progress and remedials.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to cost, programme, quality, and safety standards.
  • Liaise with the Design Team, sitting in/chairing meetings, raising RFI’s, reviewing and assembling Technical Submissions, etc.
  • Ability to take a project from tender stage through to handover of certifications and O&M.

Requirements Needed:

  • 5 years’ experience working in the construction / fit out industry as a Project / Contracts Manager.
  • Extensive Construction & Fit Out experience.
  • Demonstrate ability to successfully manage the delivery of a project/contract from inception.
  • Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative.
  • Demonstrate leadership/ management skills and commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Flexible for travel.
