Project / Contracts Manager

INFORM Construction Recruitment has an excellent opportunity with one of Irelands leading building Construction companies. The contractor has been operating for over 30 years and have won multiple awards for delivering projects to the highest of standards. Based in the Newry area, the Project / Contracts Manager will initially oversee 2 projects with the combined value of €16M. Highly competitive salary and package.

Project / Contracts Manager Role

  • Ensure all best practises for health and safety are being followed.
  • Delivery of capital projects on budget and to schedule.
  • Overseeing & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery.
  • participating in preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
  • Planning and programming of work

Project / Contracts Manager Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a senior Engineer or Construction Manager, 3 of which must be in a Project Management.
  • Preferably Office or Apartment experience
  • Proven track record delivering projects over £10M
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
