Project Design Manager
Location: Mid Ulster
Salary: Negotiable

Our client is one Irelands leading construction companies with success in a number of sectors including Civils, Water Infrastructure, commercial and residential. They are currently expanding their Civil team and have an opportunity for a project manager.
Responsibility:
- Effectively management labour resources
- Review proposed designs and drawings, from this the successful candidate would be expected to identify any potential issues and feedback to the wider team
- Once design scope has been identified, successful candidate would be expected to carry out site surveys, data gathering, etc
- working as part of the wider design team to assist in determining the design scope
- liaise with the sub-contracted design team while working closely key members of the project team
Criteria:
- Relevant Civil/ Construction engineering Degree
- 5+ years’ experience in Construction industry
- Full UK driving license
Understanding of MEICA Works
