Project Manager - £6M New Build (Belfast)

INFORM Construction Recruitment has an excellent new opportunity with one of Northern Irelands leading Construction companies. The building and civil engineering construction company has been operating for close to 30 years and have gained an excellent reputation for the training, development of staff, offering an excellent career with no travel required outside of Northern Ireland.  

The Role

• No 1 on Site
• Working closely with the Site Management / Contracts Manager.
• Ensure all best practices for health and safety are being followed.
• Delivery of capital projects on budget and to schedule.
• Overseeing & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery.
• Planning and programming of work

Job Requirements

• Experience within Commercial / Education projects
• Main Contractor Experience is essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Construction Management
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read, understand and create contractual requirements, scope objectives and financial reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
