INFORM Construction Recruitment I delighted to announce a new opportunity with a medium sized Fit Out company. Our client has been operating over 50 years and has built up an excellent reputation for the highest standard of project delivery. Through their time, this award-winning company has completed high spec Apartments, Offices and boutique hotels. Limited travel to the UK with this position, which is predominantly based in Co. Armagh. Competitive salary.   

Main Responsibilities:

• Liaising with Clients and Site Foreman daily.
• Plan, organise and co-ordinate projects from start to completion.
• Deal with the client on any issues that may arise.
• Recruit Sub-Contractors.
• Produce and implement project programme of works.
• Collate H&S Information

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in Project Management
• A track record of delivering high spec fitout projects
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of producing works programmes and working with site-based teams to ensure delivery of the programme.
• Computer literate
