Project Manager
Job Location: Amsterdam

Inform3 are recruiting for a leading Construction Consultancy looking for a Project Manager working on prestigious projects based in Amsterdam.
They are seeking a candidate who is a team player with 2 – 5 years experience ideally within the construction consultancy with a keen eye for detail.
Project Manager Specification:
- Lead and manage construction projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and implement project execution plans, site constraint documents, and contract handbooks.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and technical due diligence.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Oversee quality management procedures to maintain high standards.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Project Manager Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Surveying.
- 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Preferably experienced within a Construction Consultancy, Client, or Developer role, though other experiences will also be considered.
- Background in Data Centres, Infrastructure, Renewables, Energy, and Pharma projects is a plus.
- Excellent leadership abilities.
- High level of proficiency in reporting.
- Skilled in preparing and analysing construction programmes.
- Experience in contract administration is a valuable asset.
- Exceptional communication and computer skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Enthusiastic and meticulous team player dedicated to exceeding expectations.
