Project Manager (Client Side)
Location: Belfast
Salary; £50,000 - £80,000
Role:
The successful candidates will co-ordination and provide on-site management of the development and construction of several current and forthcoming projects.
Must be able to manage relationships of key third-party stakeholders and work with team members to deliver overall strategy and vision
- Evaluate and interpret proposed design, architectural drawings, and building specifications to ensure achievement of design objectives
- Co-ordinate and manage external design teams and consultants
- Review work performed by architectural, engineering, and construction companies to ensure standards
- Read and interpret AutoCad design drawings
- Manage contract documentation: Certifications, contracts, H&S, etc
- Ensure Health and safety protocols are met and followed
- Monitoring quality control
- Delivering projects in line with proposed specification, budget, etc
Criteria
- Degree in Project management/ relevant qualification
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Ability to lead, manage and develop a team
- Understanding of Irish/ UK property market
- RICS qualified or equivalent
- Valid UK driving license
