INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Project Manager (Construction)

Project – Commercial - Hotel

Job Location – Dublin

Salary – €75K - €85K  

About the Company

Working with a leading Irish main Contractor that specialise in healthcare projects, residential projects, commercial and pharmaceutical. The successful candidate will be managing a commercial project from concept through to handover.  

The Role

• Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
• Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
• Report to the Contracts Manager.
• Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
• Liaise with clients, investors, local authorities and design team and maintain positive working relationships.
• Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience with Tender Submissions is desirable.
• Proven record of working on commercial and residential projects.
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
