Job Title – Project Manager (Construction) 

Project – Residential – Houses

Job Location – Dublin (West)

Salary – €90K - €110K + package


About the Company

New and exciting opportunity to work with one of Dublin's leading Residential Property Developers on a high-profile housing development in West Dublin.  


The Role

  • Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements as well as setting up, updating, reviewing and modifying the project programme inline with ongoing works.
  • Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme and overcome any issues that the project may face relating to design with architects and clients.
  • Report to and support the Contracts Manager to ensure smooth completion of project.
  • Be the number one on site for all direct and indirect staff as well as carrying out administration duties in the site office when required.
  • Update senior management, clients and directors on the progress of the project.
  • Overcome any unforeseen delays in a timely manner and ensure that any delays have minimal effect on the overall delivery of the project.
  • Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
  • Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information to ensure that planned works happen according to project.
  • Work closely with the Senior Engineer to ensure the quality of works being completed is in line with the standard of the project.



  • Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification/ Trade qualification) is essential.
  • Must have a proven record of managing housing developments from start to handover.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior management role with a Main Contractor or Developer.
  • Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines and update the programme when necessary.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
