Inform3 are currently seeking a Project Manager to work on a major roadworks projects throughout Leinster.

The client has a multi-million contract for continuous road works across Kildare and surrounding areas. They are seeking an engineer with a civils background, preferably on road/infrastructure projects.

Project Manager Job Role:

• Oversee structural activity and staff
• Manage sub-contractors, labourers and staff
• Able to multi-task and mentor Junior Engineers
• Ordering in materials
• Assist in controlling traffic on-site
• Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Attend weekly meetings to update senior management, clients and directors on the progress of the project.
• Supervise works and check the quality of works to ensure they are of a high standard.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and ensure the site team adheres to them also.
• Co-ordinate site meetings
   

Project Manager Job Requirements:

• 5+ Years relevant experience
• Communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Previous experience on groundworks / roadworks projects
• Civil Engineer/Construction Management Degree
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
