Inform3 are recruiting a Project Manager for a large Civil Engineer Contractor across North Dublin, Meath and Kildare working a range of Irish Water & heavy civil projects.

Project Manager Job Role:

• Oversee structural activity
• Able to multi-task and mentor Junior Engineers
• Ordering in materials
• Assist in controlling traffic on-site
• Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Attend weekly meetings to update senior management, clients and directors on the progress of the project.
• Supervise works and check the quality of works to ensure they are of a high standard.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and ensure the site team adheres to them also.
• Co-ordinate site meetings
   

Project Manager Job Requirements:

• 5+ Years relevant experience
• Heavy Civils Knowledge
• Previous utility experience is preferred but not essential
• Civil Engineer/Construction Management Degree
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
