This main contractor has grown into a leading construction and development company with offices throughout Ireland. We work in all building sectors, from state education and medical projects to large scale residential developments and retail spaces.

The Role

• No 1 on Site
• Working closely with the Contracts Manager
• Ensure all best practices for health and safety are being followed.
• Delivery of capital projects on budget and to schedule.
• Overseeing & organizing the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery.
• Participating in preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
• Planning and programming of work

Job Requirements 

• Main Contractor Experience is desirable
• Experience with Projects above €5M 
• 6+ Yrs Experience Site Management
• Must have degree or equivalent
• Computer literate
• Full understanding of design drawings
• Clean driving licence
• IOSH Managing Safety in Construction, Occupational First Aid, and any other CSCS or CPD
