Project Manager – Northern Ireland

INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for roads and civil projects based Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will need to have experience in managing multiple civil projects. The Project Manager will work with a Civil Engineering Contractor with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. The client has a team with a great deal of experience and is able to provide the highest professionalism, from start to finish.

Project Manager responsibilities:

• Report into the Contracts Managers and Directors
• Manage and coordinate sub-contractors and site teams
• Manage multiple civil projects simultaneously
• Record and Schedule all projects
• Conduct regular meetings, highlighting progress and potential barriers and how best to overcome them
• Liaise regularly with site teams throughout each project
• Monitor the quality on each project
• Maintain cost effectiveness on each project
• Ensure all site document is collated and reviewed
• Management of Health and Safety on all projects
• Complete any other relevant duties as and when required

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Civil Engineer or Construction Management Background
• 10 years’ plus experience in a similar position
• Experience in pricing for tenders
• A track record /experience of project management
• Proven ability to lead and manage civils teams
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
• Full Driving License
